Abstract
The explosion of social media has created unprecedented opportunities for citizens to publicly voice their opinions, but has created serious bottlenecks when it comes to making sense of these opinions. At the same time, the urgency to gain a real time understanding of citizens concerns has grown: because of the viral nature of social media (where attention is very unevenly and fastly distributed) some issues rapidly and unpredictably become important through word Of mouth.The World Wide Web has opened lots of new ways in human interactions. Users can express their opinions about various topics and discuss other user’s views, Blogs, forums; online communities are all places where people can write their feelings. Classical technology in text categorization pays much attention to determining whether a text is related to a given topic, such as education, finance, entertainment, etc. However, research goes on, a subtle problem focuses on how to classify the semantic orientation of the text.
Sentiment analysis is one kind of computational linguistic means sentiment analysis is the task of identifying positive and negative opinions, emotions, and evaluations
