Abstract
the treatment of children as sexual object is not a new phenomenon. it has existed in the society from time immemorial through the medium of erotic literature and drawing witch involved children. The modern sense of pornography came into existence with the invention of video,digital cameras, computers most important of all the development of internet. This article is going to discuss how children pornography business is nourishing in the world, how India and other countries are taking measurements to combat child pornography, how the existing law is working in combating it and transnational jurisdictional problems
