Abstract
Public and Private establishments from all over the world are trying to increase their digital technology usage in order to provide better and efficient services to the community. Technological advancements should benefit the vulnerable groups so that they would be able to access public services for their day- to-day needs. To address this issue, this study investigates the acceptance of Digital Services Desk (DSD) which can provide Digital Public Services (DPS) for the digitally excluded group. The analysis sample was collected aiming at understanding the behaviour of the rural respondents on their acceptance of DPS. In total, 400 individual were surveyed and after screening, cleaning and conditioning the data, 375 responses are retained. Regression Analysis along with hypothesis testing, finally interpreted that all the quality dimensions of DPS has significant relationship with Digital Technology Acceptance.
