Abstract

As a part of on-going research towards Design, development & testing of next generation multi-functional High speed Universal IO, I undertook an exhaustive survey spanning hundreds of related research documents in the performance of IO with respect to Processors, Memories & Programmable Logic devices [FPGAs] & completed a comprehensive study of IO functionality in the above said category of devices.
