Classification of brain MRI images by comparing SVM classifier and PNN classifier using Confusion Matrix

Abstract
Image classification will be used for automated visual inspection to classify MRI images. It will be performed through textures analysis and probabilistic neural network as well as support vector machine. The textures are extracted using co-occurrence features. There are 6 classes of brain MRI having different brain disease. The proposed method contains HARVARD Database contains training and testing images. After feature extraction, confusion matrix is plotted with the help of training data and testing data. Confusion matrix gives accuracy for each class and also gives overall accuracy for support vector machine and probabilistic neural network
