Investigating Factors Creating Job Stress With special focus on call centre employees

Abstract
This study investigated the reasons of Stress in relation to their job experience in call centre. The objective of this article is to investigate the sources of stress among the employees in relation to their job experience. Target population is 500 call centre employees. A stratified random sampling technique used. Data is collected using both close ended questionnaires, 20 stress related items are included in questionnaire. The findings of the study reveal the sources of stress in call centres. This study also recommended few techniques to overcome with it. It’s the researchers wish that this article will benefit both the call centres and their employees to reduce the level of stress.
